Erickson Reeds is now closed.

My performance calendar and my teaching obligations have reached a level that makes maintaining a reed making business onerous. While I’m sad to let go of the business, I’m proud of how my career has been going, and I’m very excited for the future!

In keeping with my original mission of reducing the cost of learning to play the oboe, I will continue providing free reeds to Title 1 schools in Oklahoma through the Broncho Reeds program, and I will continue making reeds for University of Central Oklahoma students.

Erickson Reeds was founded in 2017 with help from a micro-grant from the Florida State University College of Business, but the business remained successful because of orders from all of you. Thank you, once again, for purchasing Erickson Reeds!
